How can I collect my outfit?

We offer both in-store pickup and postal options.

Can I book an outfit last minute?

A minimum of 4 days' notice is required for bookings. However, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to hire a garmit with less than 4 days notice, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team via email, or by visiting us in-store. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

When can I collect my outfit?

For in-store pickups, you may collect the dress during store hours on the starting date of your booking.

For postal orders, your dress should arrive by mail on the starting date of your booking.

When do I return my outfit

For in-store rentals, you may return the dress during store hours on the last date of the booking.

For postal rentals, we expect you to send the dress back on the last date of the booking. Proof of lodgement (receipt or tracking number) must be emailed to support@coastclothinghire.com.au

What happens if I don't return the outfit on time?

Late returns may incur fees unless prior arrangements are made.

Note: a late fee is incurred for postal rentals if the dress is not posted on the last day of booking.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days (longer for rural areas).

We usually recommend allowing 1-2 days before the event date in your booking.

What if the outfit doesn’t arrive on time?

Occasionally, unfortunate circumstances may arise resulting in late pickup. In this case, we will contact you ASAP to make alternate arrangements not limited to alternate garmits or compensation.

We are not responsible however for shipping delays through Australia Post for postal delivery orders.

We usually recommend allowing 1-2 days before the event date in your booking.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch.

Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?

No, dry cleaning is included in the hire price.

What if the outfit is stained or damaged?

Contact us immediately for advice.

Damage or excessive staining may result in additional fees or full replacement costs.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, including a change of mind, we provide store credit for cancellations made at least 14 days before your event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.

When will I receive my bond refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 days of the dress being returned in its original condition.
