Shipping Policy - Postal Orders (Australia)
Express Shipping

$35 (includes a prepaid return label; our satchels are reusable).
- Please open your parcel carefully to reuse the satchel when posting your hire garment back to us.
Shipping Timeline
- Your garment will be posted to you 2 days prior to your hire date via Australia Post Express. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
Return Process
- A prepaid Australia Post Express return label will be included in your reusable package for easy return of the garment.
- Please reuse the original packaging and stick the return label on top of the original label.
- The garment must be lodged at your local post office on the last day of the booking.

Proof of lodgement (receipt or confirmation) must be provided via email.
Late Fee
- Failure to provide proof of lodgement will incur a $20 late fee for each consecutive day the garment is not returned.
Refunds

No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Bond
- A refundable bond is required for all postal orders. This bond will be returned upon the garment’s timely return in good condition (no stains or damage).
Postal Delays

We are not responsible for any postage delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel does not arrive on time, no refunds will be issued.
