Shipping Policy - Postal Orders (Australia)

 

Express Shipping

  • $35 (includes a prepaid return label; our satchels are reusable).

 

  • Please open your parcel carefully to reuse the satchel when posting your hire garment back to us.

 

Shipping Timeline

  • Your garment will be posted to you 2 days prior to your hire date via Australia Post Express. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

 

Return Process

  • A prepaid Australia Post Express return label will be included in your reusable package for easy return of the garment.

 

  • Please reuse the original packaging and stick the return label on top of the original label.

 

  • The garment must be lodged at your local post office on the last day of the booking.

 

  • Proof of lodgement (receipt or confirmation) must be provided via email.


Late Fee

  • Failure to provide proof of lodgement will incur a $20 late fee for each consecutive day the garment is not returned.

 

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

 

Bond

  • refundable bond is required for all postal orders. This bond will be returned upon the garment’s timely return in good condition (no stains or damage).

 

Postal Delays

  • We are not responsible for any postage delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel does not arrive on time, no refunds will be issued.
